The goal of “Global Hepatitis Community” is collaboration in line with controlling and preventing viral hepatitis through attracting attention to this public health problem and this may not be happened without supportive measures to improve diseases’ control and prevention.

Hepatitis Daily is the newsletter of Global Hepatitis Community whose the focus is to share the most recent findings in the field of hepatitis with  specialists and researchers who likes to have a better world free from hepatitis.

A world free from hepatitis would not be reachable without the collaboration of all epidemiologists, health policy makers, clinicians, pathologists, virologists, and research and laboratory centers from different parts of the world.

Hepatitis Monthly

Hepatitis Monthly is an open access journal which is informative to all practicing gastroenterologists, hepatologists and infectious disease specialists and internists. This authoritative clinical journal is founded by Professor Seyed-Moayed Alavian in 2002. The Journal context is devoted to particular compilation of the latest worldwide and interdisciplinary approach and findings including original manuscripts, meta-analyses and reviews, health economic papers, debates and consensus statements of clinical relevance of hepatological field especially liver diseases. In addition, consensus evidential reports not only highlight the new observations, original researches and results accompanied by innovative treatments and all the other relevant topics but also include highlighting disease mechanisms or important clinical observations and letters on articles published in journal.

Novelty in NOhep Activities

NOhep as a global movement which follows the elimination of viral hepatitis by 2030 tries to unite those activities in the field of hepatitis around the world.  According to NOhep’s request from individuals and organizations across the world to sign-up to be part of the next greatest achievement, the elimination of viral hepatitis, Global Hepatitis Community did its best to pledge of support for this aim.

Therefore, as the important impact that creative and compassionate people have in raising public awareness about viral hepatitis, encouraging them to be more active in this field is very important. Hence, the “Novelty in NOhep Activity Prize” (NINA Prize) was elected to be presented to the top creative and active people with novel experiences in the field of educating people or treating patients. This award belongs to those designing a new activity along with NOhep’s ideals. This prize was established in 2017 by Prof. Seyed-Moayed Alavian, professor of gastroenterology and liver diseases and General Secretary of Global Hepatitis Community.

Virtual Education System of Global Hepatitis Community

The virtual education system of the Global Hepatitis Community aims to take effective steps to educate students, clinicians, and clinicians, with the help of prominent professors of the gastroenterology and liver diseases, infectious and tropical diseases and laboratory sciences.

The virtual education system with the purpose of facilitating education as a supporter of traditional learning strengthen the gaining knowledge and makes education more satisfactory.
